Avocado

They make your skin and hair condition better — both when you eat them and apply mashed avocado on your face as a mask. These fruits are literally loaded with micronutrients that improve your appearance by all means. These are, for example, fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins C and E. Avocado nourishes the skin, gives it (as well as your hair) a healthy glow. What is more, it reduces bloating effects of salt thanks to potassium, making your face look slimmer and removing baggy skin below the eyes.

All these substances make fish work even better for your beauty and health.

However, if you aim to lose weight, try not to overdo with salmon. Just like almonds, it is quite high in calories.
